You will be working with a team of talented IT Professionals, who are passionate about IT engineering and producing quality Web 2.0 and eCommerce solutions.
You will be working in a diverse role, working with and refactoring legacy code (from VB script and Classic ASP to PHP, PHP, and MySQL), as well as creating new code from the ground up. Development is usually carried out with PHP5, JavaScript, CSS, MySQL, Apache, and Linux admin, within an agile-led environment. An excellent track record of PHP Programming (both OOP and functional) within a Web-based environment, Web Services (Client and Server), and version control are a must. Furthermore, excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills are required. eCommerce experience would be a bonus.
Essential Skills/Experience:
* PHP (OOP and Functional) * MySQL * Linux * Apache * JavaScript / HTML / CSS * Problem Solving * Source Control (ideally SVN)
Desirable Skills: * eCommerce * Classic ASP * VBScript
