Mam Dolor Elenany celebrated her 50th birthday last February 19 at Crowne Plaza Hotel. The event was what I would call Star studded ā€“ guests from diplomats, well-known Kuwaitis, respected personalities from the Filipino Community in Kuwait, media and other personalities.
