Winter all around the world signifies holidays, good food, some relaxation time and of course, bitter cold weather. Aside from coffee which brightens up not only our mug but ourselves as well, there is another healthy beverage that c does the trick – green tea.

Like I mentioned, the holiday season bring in a lot of good food and less mobilization. Those of us who like to eat healthy and those who are on diet will find it quite difficult to resist temptation of sweets and more calories. Drinking green tea regularly helps suppress appetite and increase your metabolism.

Seemingly endless shopping, social gathering and traveling may put your immune system at down risk. At the onset of colds and cough or worse, the flu, a cup of green tea each day will regain your stamina and keep the virus away.

After the holidays WE ARE definitely going back to work! A coffee break is most welcome but too much caffeine can trigger anxiety, stress and trouble sleeping. So after a hectic day at work and you just want to unwind with friends or have them come over to your home, the smooth, fresh and grassy flavor of green tea is a top stress reliever and helps them relax.
